Peer-Review Policy

The journals published by this publisher implement a rigorous peer-review process to assess the quality and accuracy of submitted research. Every manuscript undergoes editorial review and is evaluated by independent peer reviewers with relevant expertise. These reviewers help the editors determine whether a manuscript is suitable for publication. Upon submission, all authors are notified, and the corresponding author can track the manuscript’s progress through the journal’s online system. The Editor-in-Chief reviews each submission and has the authority to reject any manuscript that does not meet the journal’s standards in terms of subject, quality, or accuracy. While editors can recommend manuscripts for acceptance, only the Editor-in-Chief has the final authority to approve a manuscript for publication. The peer-review process is double-blinded, meaning neither the authors nor the reviewers know each other’s identities.

Peer Review System
The publisher’s journals employ a double-blind peer review system, where the reviewers’ identities are hidden from the authors and vice versa.

Peer Review Procedure
After submission, the editorial office conducts an initial review to ensure adherence to editorial policies, ethical standards, and formatting guidelines. Statistical editors may also assess the paper’s methodology. Following this review, the Editor-in-Chief assigns the manuscript to an appropriate Associate Editor, Section Editor, or Co-editor, who oversees the peer-review process. If a manuscript is deemed unsuitable in terms of quality or scope, it may be rejected without further review. If the paper is deemed suitable, it is sent to a minimum of two external reviewers. If a manuscript is submitted by an editor or editorial board member, an independent editor handles the peer-review process, and the results are sent directly to the Editor-in-Chief.

The journals follow COPE and WAME guidelines to maintain the ethical integrity of the peer-review process, particularly when personal relationships may be involved. Editors must recuse themselves from decisions involving manuscripts submitted by authors affiliated with the same institution or with whom they have personal or professional ties.

Peer Reviewer Selection
Authors are invited to suggest potential reviewers with relevant expertise and a recent publication record. However, suggested reviewers must not belong to the same department as the author.
